I had a great experience! I came in for a nose wax (inside only) and a cleanup on the back of my neck, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The process was quick, clean, and way more comfortable than I expected. The attention to detail really stood out. Overall, excellent service, a clean environment, and a smooth experience from start to finish. I'II definitely be coming back!

This was my first visit and had a consultation, and I had an excellent experience. The consultation was very informative, and | learned a great deal about my skin that I was not previously aware of. The service was professional, thorough, and clearly focused on personalized skin health. I cannot recommend Bri ENOUGH! I came to her very nervous because of previous experiences with a medi spa over selling me products that were over exfoliating my skin and causing MAJOR reactive acne. My first apt with Bri she told me to stop everything but mild face wash, moisturizer and spf and no exfoliation to heal my skin barrier. I was hesitant as I was used to a 10 step routine, but she was right! My acne started to go away, and my scaring even has been lightening even without treatment because my skin is healthier! She uses Korean skincare with no fragrances, and she is not pushy about selling products, which I appreciate. Now I trust her to tell me what I need! She also did an amazing job on my brows. In addition to her amazing expertise, she is a very sweet, kind soul. I feel taken care of completely and at home in her treatment room. Take my money Bri! You are amazing!
