Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Delays

Skin Seed is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience should unexpected delays occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Skin Seed is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at skin.seed@yahoo.com. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at skin.seed@yahoo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and any photos of damaged items or packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
