Refund policy

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on products once they have been shipped or leave our studio.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at skin.seed@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please do not discard the damaged item or packaging until your claim has been reviewed, as additional information may be requested.
