At Skin Seed, we carefully curate professional skincare products to support your skin health and goals. Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, all product sales are final.We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested products.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and assist with a resolution.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for reactions or sensitivities caused by products. We encourage clients to consult with Skin Seed before introducing new products, especially if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or specific skin concerns.

Yes! We offer flexible payment options through Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, and Cash App Afterpay for eligible purchases.
For first-time clients, payment plan options are available for appointments totaling $200 or more. Please reach out before booking with your desired service, preferred date, and time so we can assist with setting up your appointment.

Returning clients may use eligible payment options at checkout on the day of their appointment. If you would like to prepay using a payment plan option, please contact us ahead of time.
